For 2015 the Toyota Yaris has been refreshed inside and out. So how does this affordable compact stack up against the 2015 Ford Fiesta?
The 2015 Ford Fiesta Titanium Hatchbach has an available ST grade with turbo-charged engine which is nice for those looking for a little more power to brag about. Also available are comfort features such as automatic climate control, push button start and heated front seats. while nice, these available features can add substantially to the price tag. Without additional costs the Ford Fiesta does offer impressive highway and combined EPA-mpg estimates with the 1.0L EcoBoost i-3 engine.
The 2015 Toyota Yaris SE includes a sport-tuned suspension and steering and rear disc brakes. The projector-beam headlights and LED accents give the Yaris SE a sophisticated look. Plus the interior is spacious while comfortable and offers more cargo room than the Fiesta. And when it comes to safety the Yaris not only has 9 standard airbags but Toyota’s Whiplash-Injury-Lessening (WIL) front seats, providing safety features not matched by Fiesta.
