Better Connectivity
The 2014 Corolla comes standard with high-level features such as Bluetooth® wireless technology, iPod® interface and charging and a USB port. Also, Corolla Plus and Premium trim-levels can be equipped with available EntuneTM Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite with subscription-free access and SiriusXM Radio technology with 90-day All Access trial, these features are also standard on Corolla S Plus (MT).

Confidence Behind the Wheel
Both Corolla and Jetta have performed comparably in crash-test ratings over the past three years. This is a result of the fact that they both offer many of the same features, including driver and front passenger airbags, driver and front passenger seat-mounted side airbags, as well as front and rear side curtain airbags. Corolla takes occupant security a step further by also including WIL front seats, Smart Stop Technology® and driver’s knee and front passenger seat-cushion airbags.

The 2014 Toyota Corolla offers just the right range of features, function and sport for any driver with four grades to choose from with two trim-level options for LE, S and LE Eco.  Corolla’s grade strategy has been created to provide customers a range of choices that includes at least one that fits best for them. Corolla LE Eco is specially designed for the eco-sensitive driver looking for enhanced fuel economy, with its aerodynamically designed alloy wheels and ECO Drive Mode on LE Eco Plus and Premium trim levels. Corolla S appeals to driving enthusiasts and adds steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters and SPORT Drive Mode on CVTi-S grades. Corolla S Plus offers a 6-speed MT, an all-inclusive trim that features as standard equipment a power tilt/slide moonroof and Corolla’s Driver’s Convenience Package, which are both options  available on LE, S and LE Eco Plus and Premium CVTi-S trim levels.

They Got Us
If you are looking for a diesel model you’ll have to go with the VW Jetta because there isn’t a diesel Corolla.  The Jetta also does feature a little more cargo room than the Corolla.

Toyota keeps the 2014 Corolla simple, affordable and customizable to each driver’s specific set of needs, which is a winning combo when compared to its competitors. With a stylish exterior and modern interior, the Toyota Corolla’s grade-defining choice of features and expected fuel economy ratings show buyers that there’s a Corolla built specially for them. While Jetta offers multiple powertrain options and option packages, Corolla gives customers the features and options they want without the extra costs.
